Studying-Religion-in-Narrow-Perspective-Led-Many-into-Extremism
TEHRAN (IQNA) - Most people who become involved with extremist or militant groups are those who did not study the real Islam, but learnt about it in a narrow perspective, said Malaysia's Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki.
"Some learnt from teachers who were prone to wrong teachings or who had strayed from the true Islamic teachings.
"If they had learnt the true Islam, the religion does not teach them to commit violence or extremist activities," he said.
Asyraf Wajdi was speaking to reporters after representing the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom in presenting excellence awards for the national-level Al-Quran Thursday.

The Different Kinds Of Exercises Your Body Needs
There are different types of exercises and you should try to expose your body to them all of them. Exercise increases your heart rate and moves the muscles in your body. Swimming, walking, playing football, or riding a bike are all examples of exercise that does these things.
Looking at fitness and your body closer up, your exercise should include something from each of these four basic fitness areas:
Cardio-respiratory endurance is the same thing as aerobic endurance. It is the ability to exercise your heart and lungs nonstop over certain time periods. When you exercise, your heart beats faster, sending more needed oxygen to your body. If you are not fit, your heart and lungs have to work harder during exercise. Long runs and swims, or even long brisk walks are examples of activities that can help your heart and lungs work better.

The Prophet's Message of Peace
Author: Unknown
A major part of the Prophet (saw)’s mission was to bring peace to the world.
One of the ways in which he strove towards this end was to attempt to convince people that all men and women, albeit inhabiting very different regions of the world, and different from one another in color, culture and language, et cetera, were in fact blood brothers and sisters.
His message was crucial, for a proper relationship of love and respect can be established only if that is how human beings regard one another. To inculcate such feelings, the Prophet would preach to his followers, "You are all Adam’s offspring and Adam was made of clay." And in his prayers to his Creator, he said, "O Lord, all Your servants are brothers."

Visiting the Sick
Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, "The one who visits the sick is in fact like one who is in the fruit garden of Paradise so long as he does not return." [Sahih Muslim]
There is great merit in paying a visit to the sick, whether one knows the patient or not. The following is a story of how a man came to take the shahada.
The man was in a hospital sharing a room with a Muslim. One day some people came to visit the Muslim. They came in, hugged the Muslim brother, kissed him, and talked to him with love and affection. They stayed for a while and shared a closeness that was true. After they left, the man asked the Muslim if those were his brothers who had just visited him. The Muslim replied, "No, they learned that I was sick today, at the Friday prayer, and so they came to visit me. I just met them today." This shocked the man. Those people had not acted in an awkward stranger fashion but like true brothers.
This led to the man asking more questions and finally accepting Islam. This duty of visiting the sick was as always blessed by Allah (subhana wa ta’ala). In addition, this time it also served as a vehicle to guide a man to Islam.
