We have created a Twitter 'list' that follows tweets from 30 people (news reporters and activists) who are inside Cairo right now. You can read their latest updates at QuranClub's inside-cairo list.
Reuters has a live blog called Unrest in Egypt that is being continuously updated.
Wikimapia map of Tahrir square and surrounding areas with lots of useful labels. The Abdul Min'im Ar-Riyadh square that contains the Egyptian museum and the 6th of October bridge overpass is north of Tahrir square, you can see it here. The Ramses Hilton Hotel on that square probably houses the camera that is feeding Al Jazeera English.
