"Do not make them run away (from Islam)"

Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 3 :: Hadith 69

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

The Prophet said, "Facilitate things to people (concerning religious matters), and do not make it hard for them and give them good tidings and do not make them run away (from Islam)."

Do not impose on people more than they can bear, lest they should turn you down and say to you : “we heard and we disobey”, as the Prophet (PBUH) said : “When I order you a matter, keep that which you may bear”(5).

 Hadith no: 68
Narrated / Authority Of: Ibn Masud
The Prophet used to take care of us in preaching by selecting a suitable time, so that we might not get bored. (He abstained from pestering us with sermons and knowledge all the time).

“Call unto thy Lord with wisdom and goodly exhortation and argue with them in a way that is best”, (the ants : 125).

5 Tips to Boost Fertility

Fertility is important to all of us who want to start a family. This article gives a few simple ways to help improve fertility using natural approaches that can be applied immediately.

1. Good nutrition

For optimum fertility, your diet should consist mainly of the following foods, preferably organic where possible:

    High-fibre foods: fruit, vegetables, wholegrains
Essential fats: nuts seeds and oily fish
    Complex carbohydrates: beans and pulses

You should reduce your intake of the following:

Saturated Fats: these are known to stimulate over-production of a hormone that can compromise fertility. For detailed information on saturated fats refer to the article on Nutrition Basics: What Are fats?
Caffeine: studies have shown that excessive consumption of caffeine can reduce fertility.
Genetically Modified Foods: There are risks associated with altering the DNA of food. Soya is one of the best-known GM foods and is found in more than 60% of processed foods (like bread, biscuits, baby food) under various names. Manufacturers are not always obliged to label foods containing GM ingredients so we need to educate ourselves on how to avoid them.
Simple carbohydrates: These include all refined foods, especially sugar, which has no nutritional value whatsoever. But don't be tempted to replace sugar with artificial sweeteners; these are proven to be carcinogenic- see article Artificial sweetener aspartame Is Carcinogenic.

The food you eat has a big impact on your fertility and on your general health, so it makes sense to be well-informed about what your food really contains.

Pat Buchanan: 300 nukes in Israel yet Iran a threat?

Uploaded by on Feb 21, 2012
Islamic wars have brought questionable benefit to the US over the last 20 years, former US presidential advisor Pat Buchanan, author of Suicide of a Superpower, shared with RT. A new war in the Middle East will be a disaster for the US and for the world economy, he says. "I opposed the Desert Storm operation in 1991 cleaning Saddam Hussein out of Kuwait because, I said, 'This would only be the first Arab-American war.'" Looking at the number of conflicts in the Islam world that America is taking part in now, one cannot but admit that Buchanan was right 20 years ago. "You cannot replicate the Middle West in the Middle East," Pat Buchanan concluded. From the time of the Cold War the US has military bases all over the world. Today, running a budget deficit of 10 per cent of its GDP, America simply cannot afford to continue "to carry this enormous burden, defending 40 or 50 countries around the world," Buchanan says, "We have to bring troops home." Getting rid of these bases essentially means dismantling the American Empire to help the US survive beyond 2025. America's crusade under the banner of ending tyranny in the world is "utterly utopian".

Mohamed is the most Influential man in history

Non-Muslims say that, when they are thinking and using the scientific approach. Let us read …
Michael H. Hart is a Jewish American astrophysicistand he is the writer of the famous book “The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History”which has sold more than 500,000 copies and been translated into 15 languages.
The said book was not directed to Muslims but Hart chose prophet Mohamed because he believes that prophet Mohamed peace be upon him was the only
Man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular levels.
In his book hart says about the reason behind choosing the prophet as number one in the list:”My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the world's most influential persons may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular levels.Of humble origins, Muhammad founded and promulgated one of the world's great religions, and became an immensely effective political leader. Today, thirteen centuries after his death, his influence is still powerful and pervasive.”
In comparison with the rest of men in the list, Hart says about Mohamed peace be upon him: “The majority of the persons in this book had the advantage of being born and raised in centers of civilization, highly cultured or politically pivotal nations. Mohammad, however, was born in the year 570, in the city of Mecca, in southern Arabia, at that time a backward area of the world, far from the centers of trade, art, and learning”.
Prophet Mohammad was born in southern Arabia, at that time a backward area of the world, far from the centers of trade, art, and learning.
Hart continues his talking about the history of the prophet by saying:”Most Arabs at that time were pagans, who believed in many gods. There were, however, in Mecca, a small number of Jews and Christians “.

Marriage is a contract that binds a man known as a husband and a woman known as a wife. There is a set of responsibilities each imposed on both sides. As long as these responsibilities are fulfilled by husband and wife, the marriage will be orderly and intact. So as to be able to fulfill their respective responsibilities, husband and wife must have ‘iman’. Without ‘iman’ a person will not be able to fulfill the responsibilities as a wife and husband and the marriage contract will end in divorce. They end up in divorce because they want to solve their problems. In reality, divorce does not solve problems because the core of the problems arises from the fact that both sides do not want to obey the orders of Allah. As long as both sides continue to disobey the orders of Allah, even after they are divorced, they will continue to have problems. Many couples end up in divorces but after the divorce they end up in more problems. Divorce does not solve their problems, but divorce will lead them to more problems when they continue to disobey the orders of Allah. Whenever we disobey the orders of Allah, we will have problems and the more we disobey the orders of Allah, the more problems we will have. If we do not want problems, we should obey the orders of Allah. But why do people disobey the orders of Allah? People disobey the orders of Allah because they do not have the greatness of Allah in their heart and in their mind. Why do we not have the greatness of Allah in our mind and heart? It is because the greatness of Allah is not in our daily speeches. What we have in our heart and mind is the greatness of this world as the talk of the greatness of this world is always in our speeches. We will only obey the orders of Allah if we can foresee some worldly benefits. When we have marital problems, we should not think that only divorce can solve them. Divorce does not solve our problems at all and we should not even consider that option. Our marriage problems will only be solved by Allah and Allah will solve our problems when both of us turn to the obedience of the orders of Allah. In order to obey the orders of Allah both sides needs ‘iman’.

Syria: a mission to save lives

Fighting in Al-Zabadani (50 kilometres north-west of Damascus) resulted in hundreds of families fleeing to safety in Bludan, Madaya and Buqqin. The Syrian Arab Red Crescent, working closely with the ICRC, sent humanitarian aid to the displaced. The host communities provided warehouses to store the aid, and set up medical posts to treat the sick and the wounded. Some of the wounded were evacuated to a Damascus hospital and returned the next day. There were three separate missions that lasted three days each in Bludan, Madaya and Buqqin, respectively.... UPDATE: Syria: more aid reaches Homs, Aleppo and Idlib

Cupping Therapy (Al-Hijama)

A Cure For Every Disease, Pain and Ailment (By Allah's Permission)
 What is cupping (hijama)?
Cupping (hijama) is the best remedy recommended and used by the Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam). The Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, "Indeed the best of remedies you have is cupping (hijama)…" [Saheeh al-Bukhaaree (5371)]. He (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) also said that on the night of Israa (his ascension to the heavens) he (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) did not pass by an angel except that it said to him, "Oh Muhammad, order your Ummah (nation) with cupping (hijama)." [Saheeh Sunan Tirmidhee (3479)]. This shows the importance and greatness of this Sunnah.
'Hijama' in arabic is derived from 'hajm' which means 'sucking'. Cupping (hijama) is the process of applying cups to various points on the body by removing the air inside the cups to form a vacuum.
Cupping (hijama) is of three types:
  • Dry cupping (hijama) - This is the process of using a vacuum on different areas of the body in order to gather the blood in that area without incisions (small, light scratches using a razor).
  • Dry massage cupping (hijama) – This is similar to dry cupping (hijama) but olive oil is applied to the skin (before applying the cups) in order to allow easy movement of the cups.
70% of diseases, pains and ailments are due to the blood being unable to reach certain parts of the body. Dry cupping (hijama) and dry massaging cupping (hijama) allow the blood to reach these places.
Dry and massage cupping (hijama) may be self-administered in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Each cupping (hijama) box is accompanied by an instruction booklet. We have also provided further instructions on our 'How To Cup' page.
Dry and massage cupping (hijama) may be administered any time of the day, any day of the week or month. There are no restrictions.

[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed

Surat Al-Mulk (The Sovereignty) - سورة الملك

Sahih International
[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving -

Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow) - سورة البقرة

Sahih International
Then We revived you after your death that perhaps you would be grateful.
நீங்கள் நன்றியுடையோராய் இருக்கும் பொருட்டு, நீங்கள் இறந்தபின் உங்களை உயிர்ப்பித்து எழுப்பினோம்.

Sahih International
But they will never wish for it, ever, because of what their hands have put forth. And Allah is Knowing of the wrongdoers.
